Querying and Reporting XML Service (QRXS)

To successfully integrate data from your in-house system with the NPDB via the QRXS, download the following:


Note: You need your Vendor ID to submit data to the NPDB via the QRXS and to download specifications. If you do not have a Vendor ID, you may create one on the Sign In page for Software.

QRXS Test Environment

To ensure that your data files are well-formed, meet the mandatory data requirements, and sent successfully, use the QRXS test environment. Do not use the test environment for final submission of files. For information about how to access the QRXS test environment, see the QRXS Client Program User Guide (PDF - 445 KB) or the QRXS Web Service User Guide (PDF - 359 KB). Integrated Querying and Reporting Service (IQRS)

To successfully integrate existing practitioner records from an in-house database to the NPDB via IQRS, convert them to ASCII fixed-width or XML format and import them using the following:
