How to Update Your Account Information for a Report

Use the following steps to update your account information, such as email address, phone number, and mailing address. You cannot change any information on the report itself. Updates to your account information do not affect the information on the report itself.

How to Update Your Account Information for a Report

Note: Only the subject of the report can sign in to their report.

  1. On the home page, select Sign In to View Your Report.
  2. On the Sign In to Review Your Report page, complete the information requested to sign in to your report.
    Note: If you are signing in to your report for the first time, use the Account ID and temporary access code on your notification letter.
  3. If you are signing in to your report for the first time, the Account Information page is displayed. Otherwise, on the Your Reports page, select Your Account.
  4. On the Account Information page, update your contact information.
  5. Complete the Certification section and select Submit.
