What is the status of my Self-Query?
If you have an active subscription, your latest certified Self-Query response is available immediately in your personal account.
- Go to Your Subscription to view and download your PDF response.
If you purchased a mailed copy, you can check its status in your order history:
- Go to Your Orders to view your order history.
Order status definitions
Your mailed order may show one of the following statuses:
In progress:
- Pending - Your order was received but has not yet been processed.
- Processing - Your order is being reviewed and prepared.
- Mailed - Your paper copy has been mailed.
Order Issues:
- Rejected payment - Your credit card payment was not accepted.
Past orders:
- Expired - Your order was completed prior to May 8, 2026. Only the charge receipt is available.
- Archived - Your order was submitted 3 or more years ago. The charge receipt is no longer available.
