What is the status of my Self-Query?
To check your Self-Query order status:
- Sign in with ID.me.
- On the "Your Self-Query Orders" page, each order will show a Status, such as:
- Pending -Your order was received but hasn't been processed.
- Processing - Your order is being reviewed and prepared.
- Complete - Your Self-Query is finished. You can download the certified PDF. If you ordered a mailed copy, it has been sent or will be sent shortly as certified mail (signature required for delivery).
- Rejected - Your Self-Query has been rejected. Review the rejection reason on the View/Modify Your Order page.
- Select the Order ID you want to review.
- On the "View/Modify Your Order" page, you'll see:
- The current status of your order
- A link to download your Certified PDF Self-Query Response (if complete)
- A USPS tracking number (if you ordered a mailed copy, and it has shipped)
- Order and payment details
- Your billing receipt
- The order rejection reason (if applicable)
Note: If your order is complete, you can download the certified PDF directly-even if you also ordered a mailed copy.
