How can I track my mailed Self-Query order?
You can track your Self-Query delivery by selecting the tracking number link located in the email or text notifications received, in your Self-Query order details, or entering the tracking number directly using the USPS Tracking website Exit Image
. The tracking number is typically generated 1 business day after the Self-Query response is mailed.
To find the USPS tracking number:
- Sign in to your personal account.
- Select Your Orders in your personal account.
- Select the Order ID link for the mailed paper copy on the Order History page.
- The tracking number is on the Order Details page.
If no tracking number appears, the order has not yet shipped. Check back the next business day.
