How do I view the order history in my personal account?
To view your order history:
- Select Sign In on the top right of the NPDB home page, then select Personal Account.
- On the Self-Query/View Your Report Sign In page, select Sign in.
- Sign in using your ID.me email and password.
- Select Your Orders to view your Order History.
Order History
On the Order History page, you can:
- View a list of your orders
- Check the status of each order
- Select an Order ID to view Order Details
Order Details
On the Order Details page, you can:
- Download the response included in a mailed copy
- View your charge receipt
- Track delivery with a USPS tracking number (if available)
- View replacement order information (if applicable)
Access to Past Orders
- For expired Self-Query orders, only the charge receipt is available.
- Orders are archived after 3 years, and the charge receipt is no longer available.
