How do I send my digitally certified Self-Query response to a state licensing board?
The digitally certified PDF response is accessible within the NPDB system for 45 days. Once the Self-Query response is downloaded to your device, it is your personal file to do with as you wish. The NPDB does not email Self-Query responses nor mail responses to third parties, such as state licensing boards.
