How can I receive my Self-Query response faster?
To complete a Self-Query, the NPDB requires that you verify your identity. Verifying your identity online allows you to receive an electronic version of your Self-Query, typically processed within minutes.
If you are not able to verify your identity online, you must verify your identity with a notary, which may require additional processing time. You may upload an electronic copy of the notarized form by signing into your Self-Query order.
Once a completed Self-Query request is received by the NPDB, it may take up to one business day to process.
