Why can't I see the certification information when I open the Self-Query response file?

If you don't see the certification information:

1. Download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader Exiting a government website image, which is available for free.
2. Open the PDF using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
3. The blue bar displaying the embedded certified signature may take a few seconds to appear.

Note: PDFs viewed in a browser and printed copies of the Self-Query response will not display the certification.
