How much does a personal account cost?
There is no cost for a personal account. You can search for your own information in the NPDB, view the results, and respond to any reports after you complete your profile in your personal account. The NPDB will also notify you of any new reports about you.
In addition, with a $3.00 annual subscription you can:
- Get your current certified Self-Query response
- Access, download, and save the certified Self-Query response at any time
- View a list of entities that received your report(s), if any, in a query response
We only accept credit and debit card payments.
