What is Certified Mail?
If you request a paper copy of your Self-Query results, it will be sent via U.S. Certified First-Class Mail (signature required for delivery) due to the sensitive nature of the information. Do not open the envelope before giving it to your licensing or certifying official.
Note: Mailed paper copies can only be sent to a U.S. address, including P.O Boxes, U.S. territories, and military addresses.
