How do I cancel my subscription?
You cannot cancel your subscription within your personal account. Subscription purchases are non-refundable and will expire one year from the purchase date. Be sure the automatic renewal preference is set to 'No' to avoid subscription automatic renewal. When you are ready, you can restore your subscription at any point in the future. If you still wish to cancel your subscription before it expires, contact the NPDB Customer Service Center for assistance.
