  • August 19, 2024, Federal Register Vol. 89 No. 160. HRSA is announcing a change in user fees charged to individuals requesting a supplemental mailed paper copy of their NPDB self-query results. The supplemental fee will increase from $3.00 to $13.00 per mailed paper copy as these copies will be provided using U.S. Postal Service certified mail. The user fees for one-time query, continuous, and digitally certified self-query results will remain unchanged.

2023

  • November 7, 2023, Federal Register Vol. 88 No. 214. HRSA announces Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. Information Collection Request Title: National Practitioner Data Bank for Adverse Information on Physicians and Other Health Care Practitioners–45 CFR Part 60 Regulations and Forms, OMB No. 0915–0126–Revision. Comments on this ICR should be received no later than December 7, 2023.
  • August 22, 2023, Federal Register Vol. 88 No. 161. HRSA announces plans to submit an Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Information Collection Request Title: National Practitioner Data Bank for Adverse Information on Physicians and Other Health Care Practitioners–45 CFR Part 60 Regulations and Forms, OMB No. 0915–0126–Revision. Comments on this ICR should be received no later than October 23, 2023.
  • March 24, 2023, Federal Register Vol. 88. No. 57. HRSA announces notice of a modified system of records. Submit any comments by April 24, 2023.

  • July 21, 2021, Federal Register Vol. 86. No. 137. HRSA announces new Continuous Query, One-Time Query, and Self-Query fees for the NPDB effective October 1, 2021.
  • February 10, 2021 Federal Register Vol. 86. No. 26. HRSA announces plans to submit an Information Collection Request (ICR), described below, to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Information Collection Request Title: Survey of Eligible Users of the National Practitioner Data Bank, OMB No. 0915-0366-Reinstatement with Change. Comments on this ICR should be received no later than March 12, 2021.
  • January 19, 2021 Federal Register Vol. 86, No. 11. Announces HRSA's Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. Comments submitted during the first public review of this ICR will be provided to OMB. OMB will accept further comments from the public during the review and approval period. Comments on this ICR should be received no later than February 18, 2021.

Information Collection Request Title: National Practitioner Data Bank for Adverse Information on Physicians and Other Health Care Practitioners-45 CFR part 60 Regulations and Forms, OMB No. 0915-0126. Comments on this ICR should be received no later than December 15, 2020.
  • July 6, 2020 Federal Register Vol. 85, No. 129. HRSA's Division of Practitioner Data Bank announces a continuation of its temporary waiver of user fees for NPDB queries from March 1, 2020, through September 30, 2020, to support our eligible entities in making credentialing, hiring, privileging, and licensing decisions in combatting the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • April 17, 2020 Federal Register Vol. 85, No. 75. HRSA's Division of Practitioner Data Bank announces a temporary waiver of user fees for NPDB queries from March 1, 2020, through May 31, 2020, to support our eligible entities in making credentialing, hiring, privileging, and licensing decisions in combatting the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • April 8, 2020 Federal Register Vol. 85, No. 68. Announces HRSA's Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. OMB will accept comments from the public during the review and approval period. Comments on this ICR should be received no later than May 8, 2020.

OMB will accept comments from the public during the review and approval period. Comments on this ICR must be received no later than February 18, 2020.

  • September 11, 2018 Federal Register Vol. 83, No. 176. Announces National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) notice for monthly request of records disposition authority (records schedules), which provide mandatory instructions on what happens to records when agencies no longer need them. NARA invites public comments on such records schedules.
  • January 19, 2018 Federal Register Vol. 83, No. 13. Announces HRSA's Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. OMB will accept comments from the public during the review and approval period. Comments on this ICR must be received no later than February 20, 2018.
