Why was my Self-Query rejected?
A Self-Query can be rejected due to incomplete information or unmet submission requirements.
To check the rejection reason on the Self-Query order:
- Sign in with ID.me.
- Select the Order ID of the rejected Self-Query on the Your Self-Query Orders page.
- Review your order status details including the rejection reason on the View/Modify Your Order page.
- Select "Edit Your Order Form" to correct and resubmit your subject information.
You are not charged for a rejected Self-Query order.
