I am submitting a report - what is the difference between the "Date action was taken" and the "Date action became effective"?
- Date action was taken is the date your organization took the action against the subject of the report.
 - Date action became effective is the date the action goes into effect.
 
Note: The "Date the action was taken" and the "Date the action became effective" can be the same day.
