How do I find my Account ID?
If you are prompted for an Account ID, use the 16-digit number located on the notification letter you received. If you do not have the notification letter, you will need to order a Self-Query to obtain your Account ID.

If you have signed in previously, you can use your email, mobile phone number, or User ID as the Account ID.
