We've released an enhanced NPDB AI Assistant, powered by generative AI (GenAI). It answers questions about organization registration, entity administrative functions, queries, reports, and billing. Access it from our Home Page to try it out.

We updated the NPDB Public Use Data File (PUF) and the Data Analysis Tool (DAT) to include data from September 1, 1990, through December 31, 2025. You can now specify subsets of the PUF by Record Type and Profession Group, making it easier to narrow results to the data of interest.
