On December 4, 2026, the NPDB will release NPDB Query, merging the Individual One-Time Query and Continuous Query services. Visit the NPDB Query Merger page to learn how you can best prepare.

To support NPDB Query Merger, organizations can now export a file of Individual One-Time query subjects and import that file into Continuous Query as new enrollments.
