August 1st NPDB Compliance Posting

This image is the compliance review infographic. The August 2016 review examined state licensing board adverse actions taken between January 2013 and December 2014. All states and territories are reviewed every two years. The professions reviewed include those most queried in the NPDB, plus a random sample. The review compares adverse actions taken by state licensing and certification boards to actual reports submitted to the NPDB. The effort ensures all actions reportable by federal law are correctly reported. The statistics in this infographic can be found on the Compliance Status by State webpage linked to below the infographic.
