Contact your technical support or your credentialing/third party software vendor. The NPDB does not support credentialing/third party software; however, if you continue to experience issues with accessing the NPDB through your credentialing/third-party software, you may:
- Use the NPDB website to access the NPDB
- Send a description of your problem with screenshots to the NPDB Customer Service Center for assistance.
